Elizabeth Watson 

Liz is a former software engineer, rather than start from scratch she decided to raise the funds to buy an existing business.

The Mobility Centre in East Kilbride had been set up 8 years previously and the couple who owned it wanted to retire. Liz kept the three existing staff and has used her business expertise to add value and grow the business.  Liz studied Entrepreneurship at Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts through the Entrepreneurial Scotland Saltire Fellowship.

The Mobility Centre's shop sells mobility products aids to the NHS, local authorities, sheltered housing organisations, charities and private individuals. Liz has also taken the business online.
