Sarah, owner of The Book Nook, has been passionate about books all her life and opening this book shop is a long-held dream come true. The Book Nook has a wide range of fiction and non-fiction books for adults. There is a fantastic selection of children’s books for all ages.  There is high demand for teen and Young Adult books, so The Book Nook keeps a large selection of books to keep young people reading.

Serving a range of coffees, teas, hot chocolate and cookies along with juice and biscuits for children has made the Book Nook a firm favourite with locals. Sarah organises many events from readings to signings and workshops for adults and children as well as book clubs.

This small Independent bookshop has become the beating heart of an entire community which has lead it to being voted ShopAppy Favourite Family Business of the Year 2022.
