Michelle has worked in recruitment for over 15 years. Establishing Candidate Source in 2010, having gained extensive experience in recruitment and using her expertise in online media advertising, the business quickly became successful. 

From the beginning many clients partnered with Candidate Source because of their skill creating online job advertising campaigns saving both time and budget.

Splitting her time between driving the business forward with NPD, new marketing strategies and financial planning Michelle also oversees the management of client accounts and large media buying contracts.
