The Crusty Cottage Craft Bakery has thrived since opening five years ago, drawing customers from Coventry, the Black Country, and Birmingham, for its traditional English cakes and breads.
On Saturdays, it sells around 1,000 crusty cobs, with queues often stretching down Gorsy Road!
Joanne, took over the bakery from a previous owner, later joined by Ross, a former baking lecturer.
They start baking at 4am to ensure freshness.. During lockdown, people queued in the dark, eager for a taste of this beloved bakery.
