Sophie set up Truly Scrumptious in Brecon, making speciality cakes and buffets for events.  During lockdown the business provided boxed lunches and boxed afternoon teas, adapting the business while parties and events were on hold.. 

The baking arm  specialises in cakes, from wedding and celebration cakes to tray bakes for large gatherings. Sophie creates and incredible array of cakes, from football themed to teddy bears to delightful floral celebration cakes.
