Claire founded Summerhouse Drinks in 2014 on the family farm, where four generations have farmed. Inspired by a lack of great soft drinks for non-drinkers, Claire began experimenting with herbs and botanicals from their walled garden, creating Misty Lemonade and Hint O’ Mint Lemonade.

Today, the range has grown, all handcrafted with natural ingredients and no artificial additives. SALSA accredited (Safe and Local Supplier Approval), the company champions sustainability - working with the RSPB, investing in solar power, and using fully recyclable glass bottles.
