Pink Dolly is a hair and beauty brand built on creativity, confidence, and empowerment. The business vision goes beyond providing exceptional beauty services, Tolu & Bemnet are committed to creating a welcoming space that supports and uplifts their local community.

With over 20 years of experience serving the Dagenham area, founder Tolu Anibaba has built successful salons while mentoring young people, offering work experience, supporting local charities, and organising community initiatives, including events for elderly women and children with SEND.

Founder Bemnet Solomon-Onen is an FCCA-qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience across finance and the charity sector. Most recently, she worked at Wellcome Trust, supporting the funding of pioneering scientific research around the world. She now brings her commercial expertise and passion for community impact to Pink Dolly.

Together, Tolu and Bemnet founded Pink Dolly with the ambition of creating more than just a salon. Their shared passion for supporting communities in the UK and Africa, particularly individuals with SEND in the UK and children in Nigeria/East Africa, is at the heart of their vision to create opportunities, build confidence, and make a lasting positive impact.
