Katarzyna "Kat" Kolosowska is Co-Founder of the family-run Romsey Vehicle Bodyshop, bringing a refreshingly customer-focused approach to the automotive industry. Kat is passionate about making every customer feel heard, respected and confident, particularly women who may find traditional workshop environments daunting. Her philosophy is straightforward: no unnecessary jargon or pressure, just honest advice, excellent service and relationships built on trust.

Taking this commitment further, Katarzyna created the AutoCare Club for Women, providing a supportive environment where women can develop practical knowledge and confidence around basic vehicle maintenance.

Combining entrepreneurship with community engagement, Kat is helping challenge perceptions of the automotive sector and demonstrating how a traditionally male-dominated industry can become more welcoming, inclusive and accessible to everyone.
