Nina Allen founded Austen Allen Homecare in 2011, growing it into an award-winning community social care provider employing over 120 staff across four locations in Kent and Medway, delivering services commissioned by local authorities and the NHS, with a fifth branch opening this year.

Nina regularly engages with MP roundtables on the structural challenges facing social care. She has been invited to speak on sector and chamber panels, advocating for closer integration between health and community-based care.
